We want you to be obsessed with your Jaded London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select your preferred return carrier and download your prepaid shipping label or QR code for a contactless drop-off.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene seals are intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
